Ed Bedard is an associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes group and a member of the firm's Class Actions team. Ed's practice focuses on representing large businesses and corporations at both the federal and state level in class actions and commercial disputes involving a variety of complex transactional, financial, and economic issues. Ed has significant experience in litigating consumer fraud and other consumer protection claims that pose significant legal and reputational risk.

Ed is currently the President of the Atlanta Young Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society.

Before joining the firm, Ed served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Thomas W. Thrash, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta.

Ed graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2016. As a law student, Ed worked as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorneys’ Office in Washington, D.C. and was as an Assistant Development Editor of the Journal of Law & Politics.

Prior to law school, Ed served as a Policy Coordinator for leadership in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
