Donna Edwards practices as a counsel with the Employee Benefits practice in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding.  She advises clients on a broad range of employee benefit issues, including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive and stock-based compensation and health and welfare plans.

Upon graduation, Donna served as a law clerk to The Honorable Irene F. Scott, U.S. Tax Court.
