Diondra Hicks is a Trial attorney who maintains a diverse general litigation practice defending manufacturers of a variety of products including prescription and over the counter drugs, consumer products, and motor vehicles. She has experience defending clients in complex, high-stakes, mass tort class actions, multidistrict litigations, and single plaintiff actions in state and federal courts across the country. Most of her matters involve defending claims for design defect, manufacturing defect, strict liability, negligence, punitive damages, and violation of consumer protection statutes.

Diondra has worked on matters at all stages of litigation, from discovery through trial.  She is a skilled writer, with a particular emphasis on written discovery and dispositive motions.  Diondra has also worked with company witnesses to prepare them to testify at deposition.
