Dev Ghose is partner in King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments group in New York and focuses on debt financings, particularly in the area of private credit and leveraged finance.  Dev represents both lenders and borrowers, including private credit funds, private equity sponsors, private equity portfolio companies, institutional investors and public and private issuers, with a focus on acquisition financings and highly leveraged financings.  He has experience representing clients in connection with leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, unitranche facilities, asset-based lending facilities, subordinated facilities, broadly syndicated facilities, bridge facilities, high-yield and investment grade notes offerings and financial restructurings.  His experience includes representing creditors and debtors in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, e-commerce, information technology, midstream pipelines, distribution and service, manufacturing and food services.
