David advises on a wide range of real estate private equity and real estate finance matters.

He regularly advises clients, such as private equity funds and family offices, in connection with real estate joint ventures, investments and financings. He also has considerable experience with regard to the acquisition and financing of non-performing portfolio loan (NPL) portfolios. 

He supports clients with real estate financings: senior loan originations; syndications; the financing of NPL deals and restructurings.  He also regularly advises clients, in connection with real estate investment acquisitions and disposals across various asset classes such as hotels, logistics, retail and offices.

David has advised clients on a number of headline transactions and regularly acts on international and cross-border deals.
