Danielle Chattin is a litigation associate in the Atlanta office, focusing on complex commercial litigation.  Danielle specializes in defending clients in high-stakes, highly-sophisticated class actions brought under a wide variety of federal laws around the country, including ERISA, antitrust, and consumer protection laws.  Danielle has also represented clients in corporate and business disputes in a variety of forums, including in Delaware Chancery Court.  

Danielle's representative clients include SunTrust Banks, The Home Depot, Kemira Chemicals, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Equifax.

Before joining King & Spalding, Danielle was an associate with Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York. Danielle served as a law clerk for the Honorable Loretta A. Preska, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Danielle graduated, magna cum laude, from Fordham Law School. While in law school, she served as an Editor of the Fordham Law Review.
