Danielle Chattin is a partner in the Business Litigation practice group in the Atlanta office, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Danielle defends clients in high-stakes, sophisticated cases—often class actions—brought in federal courts across the country, with a particular focus on cases that require specialized expertise in complex subject matter, like ERISA and antitrust laws. Danielle has also represented clients in corporate and business disputes in a variety of forums, including in Delaware Chancery Court.
Before joining King & Spalding, Danielle was an associate with Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York. Danielle served as a law clerk for the Honorable Loretta A. Preska, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Danielle graduated, magna cum laude, from Fordham Law School. While in law school, she served as an Editor of the Fordham Law Review.
