Charlene Sun is counsel with King & Spalding’s International Arbitration practice. Charlene represents clients in international arbitration as well as cross-border litigation disputes.

Charlene has represented clients in arbitrations under the ICC, ICDR and UNCITRAL Rules concerning complex commercial disputes arising out of Latin America and Asia. She also specializes in the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments, particularly those involving foreign states and their instrumentalities. 

Charlene has spoken and published articles on sovereign immunity, the enforcement of arbitral awards, arbitral jurisdiction, and other issues relevant to international arbitration and litigation.
