Ms. Rasmussen counsels drug and medical device companies on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance issues, including state licensing matters. She also provides counsel to both the Ad Hoc State Law Compliance Group on a variety of laws and regulations and the International Marketing and Disclosure Compliance Group on a variety of international laws, regulations, and industry codes.

Ms. Rasmussen counsels drug and medical device companies on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance issues, including state licensing matters. She has specific experience in assisting both pharmaceutical and medical device companies in pursuing state wholesaler and manufacturing licenses. She also provides counsel to both the Ad Hoc State Law Compliance Group on a variety of laws and regulations and the International Marketing and Disclosure Compliance Group on a variety of international laws, regulations, and industry codes.

Ms. Rasmussen graduated from Harvard Law School, where she was on the executive boards of the Journal on Legislation and of the Journal of Law and Gender, for which she also served as an editor. Ms. Rasmussen was also a member of the International Human Rights Clinic for two years, where she engaged in projects related to international law, U.N. conventions, and legislation in a variety of countries. Ms. Rasmussen graduated cum laude from Harvard University with her A.B. in History & Literature and a minor in Folklore & Mythology.

In 2020, Ms. Rasmussen was named Protection Assistance Project Volunteer of the Year by the D.C. Volunteer Lawyers Project for her pro bono work on behalf of survivors of domestic violence in the D.C. area.
