Caroline Magee is a staff attorney in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding, where she is a member of the firm’s Finance Practice Group. Ms. Magee's practice focuses on representing alternative debt funds, lending institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of finance transactions including agented credit facilities, acquisition financing, note offerings and debtor-in-possession financing in a variety of industries.
