Cameron is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments Practice Group, located in our London office.
Cameron focuses on advising sponsor and lender clients in a broad range of banking and finance matters including general corporate facilities, acquisition finance facilities, fund financing facilities and other structured and leveraged financing facilities. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Cameron trained at a leading international law firm, where he advised European issuers (borrowers) on their cross-border private placements, the tax structuring of investment funds and was involved in a broad range of private M&A transactions.
