Ben Watson is a senior associate in the Atlanta office. His practice focuses on complex business disputes, with an emphasis on litigation related to significant corporate transactions and ERISA class actions. Ben has represented clients in federal courts across the country, as well as in the Delaware Court of Chancery and in arbitration proceedings.
Before joining King & Spalding, Ben was an associate with Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, D.C. Ben served as a law clerk to the Hon. Debra Ann Livingston of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ben graduated, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was Notes Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the Ohio State University.
