Trey O’Callaghan is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and is a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Trey represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of M&A and corporate matters.
Trey counsels public and private companies, along with private equity funds, in M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments and corporate governance issues. He also works with emerging and growth-stage companies on matters ranging from capital raising activities to general corporate concerns.
Trey graduated from the Duke University School of Law, where he was an Articles and Comments Editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and a Content Editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review. While attending law school, Trey served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ajit Pai, a Member of the Federal Communications Commission.
