Anush Emelianova is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes Group and a member of the Data, Privacy & Security practice in Atlanta.  Anush practices complex commercial litigation and has successfully defended clients in cases involving breaches of contract, fraud, and state and federal consumer protection statutes. She has experience representing medical device companies as both in-house and outside counsel. Anush counsels clients in data privacy and incident response and compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. She also represents clients in securities and shareholder litigation matters. Anush is a monthly contributor to King & Spalding's Data, Privacy & Security Practice Report and has written for other legal news outlets about data privacy and cybersecurity topics. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
