Aneesha Sehgal is an Associate in King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments practice and Technology Transactions group.  Aneesha's corporate transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions and emerging company venture capital for public and private companies.  Aneesha advises clients on a broad range of technology transactions matters, including: software, patent and trademark licensing agreements; joint intellectual property development and joint venture agreements; product development and integration agreements; professional service agreements; Software as a Service agreements; reseller and distribution agreements; and e-commerce agreements. 

Aneesha works with companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital investors, and strategic corporate investors and acquirers across a range of sectors, including enterprise software, software and cloud infrastructure, fintech, financial services, data analytics, cybersecurity, e-commerce, hardware, government services and logistics and supply chain management.

Aneesha earned her JD cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Executive Articles Editor for Georgetown Law Journal, and participated in the Georgetown-MIT Practicum, Privacy Legislation: Law & Technology
