Amber Dong is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice in King & Spalding's New York office. She is active in King & Spalding's securitization, specialty finance and leveraged finance practice. 

Amber represents financial institutions, lenders, underwriters, sponsors and borrowers in structured finance, leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Amber received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
