People

Amanda is a litigator with an emphasis on antitrust matters and complex commercial disputes.  She provides regulatory advice and guidance and trial advocacy to clients across a number of industries including healthcare, health insurance, airlines, sports media, and technology.  She has litigated actions pursued by antitrust enforcement agencies and by private litigants, including putative class actions.  Amanda is regularly retained to provide antitrust advice and counsel outside active litigation. 

Amanda has represented multiple defendants in high-profile antitrust litigation.  Her work on these cases have spanned the entirety of the trial and pre-trial process, from pre-complaint investigations, through post-verdict and appeal.  In addition, she advises clients on matters subject to regulatory review by antitrust authorities, secures clearance through Hart-Scott-Rodino filings, and advocates before antitrust regulators, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.
