Misty Peterson serves as counsel in King & Spalding's Contracts and Business Torts and Class Action practices. Misty focuses on the defense of consumer and class action litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related laws.

Misty’s past experience includes the representation of corporate and individual clients as plaintiffs and defendants in mass torts, products liability, securities and commercial matters.
