Kelsey Desloover specializes in energy matters, including power production and government investigations and audits.  She represents energy industry clients in a variety of regulatory and litigation issues.  She frequently represents independent power producers in high-stakes investigations and audits at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  She is with the firm’s Corporate practice group in Washington, D.C.
