NEW YORK, June 28, 2017 — The Yale Law Women organization has named King & Spalding to its annual list of the Top Ten Family Friendly Firms in the United States. These firms are “leading the industry in the advancement of family friendliness and gender equity.”
The Top Ten Family Friendly Firms list, now in its 12th year, was the result of the Yale Law Women’s survey of all firms listed in the 2017 Vault Law 100. The survey looked at firms’ family accommodations and parental leave policies, as well as indicators of gender equality such as partnership promotions and composition of leadership committees.
“YLW congratulates these firms for their leadership in developing and implementing family friendly practices and policies,” the organization stated. More information on this list can be found here. The Yale Law Women is a non-partisan organization committed to building a supportive community of women at Yale Law School and beyond.
