NEW YORK, July 25, 2017 — For the third year in a row, Working Mother magazine has named King & Spalding to its annual list of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women, which recognizes firms for using best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers, for their policies in the advancement of women and for the implementation of work-life balance initiatives.
Working Mother evaluated firms on such factors as representation of women and women of color in key leadership roles, usage and promotion rates for reduced-hour lawyers, and other key points.
“We are proud to illuminate the accomplishments of the firms leading the way in helping women advance and achieve a more balanced work life,” said Subha V. Barry, senior vice president & managing director, Working Mother Media.
