Celebrating King & Spalding’s 4th Tokyo Anniversary and 35th Tokyo Dispute Resolution and Crisis Management Newsletter
It was three years ago in October 2016 that we celebrated King & Spalding’s First Tokyo Anniversary and provided an overview of the first 10 editions of our Tokyo Dispute Resolution and Crisis Management Newsletter. It is amazing that a further three years have passed and another 25 editions of our newsletter. We hope that in some small way our newsletter programme has been a positive addition to the legal education and knowledge of those we reach.
Given both the scale and scope of King & Spalding’s global disputes platform, we have sought to touch upon a wide range of topics of potential interest to our readers. We list below the newsletters from over the last two years, which feature lead articles on, amongst others, international arbitration, national court litigation, global investigations and jurisdictions from the Philippines to Spain to the US. Those lead articles are then accompanied by in excess of 300 supporting articles and news features:
Last 12 Months
Previous 12 Months
The topics covered are intended to showcase King & Spalding’s full service disputes capabilities across its global network of 20 offices spanning the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Russia.
We are incredibly proud of the international disputes platform which we are able to offer our Japanese and Korean clients, and hope that these newsletters demonstrate why. We are also always looking to improve and so please do feedback any comments on these editions and/or propose topics of interest for future editions.
We hope that you find this Edition of our Newsletter helpful and informative, and please do feel free to ask any questions that arise from the articles. Should any of your colleagues wish to be added to the circulation, please encourage them to email email@example.com.
