LONDON, Oct. 14, 2020 — The Law Society has honored King & Spalding with its 2020 Excellence in Learning and Development award.
In response to the Covid-19 lockdown, the firm launched a bespoke virtual training programme for its London lawyers, delivered weekly via Zoom by external provider Strevas Ltd. The emphasis was on developing more effective virtual communication skills, both internally and externally, while fostering needed cohesion for everyone working remotely.
