Thad Wilson to Speak at Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia

Atlanta Corporate, Finance and Investments Thad Wilson and the Honorable Judge Wendy L. Hagenau, Chief Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, will speak at the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia on Nov. 10. In their session titled “Evidence and Trial Skills Refresher CLE,” Judge Hagenau and Thad will discuss common evidentiary issues encountered in bankruptcy cases and provide practical information on how to navigate those issues in a hearing or trial. This CLE is for anyone participating in a bankruptcy litigation, from the novice lawyer to the experienced bankruptcy practitioner needing a refresher or new tips before heading into court again.
