backOn 22 April 2020, the Federal Ministry of Finance published the ministerial draft of the risk reduction act, the main purpose of which is the implementation of CRD V. This seminar focuses on the new regulatory requirements on remuneration systems:
Topics include the different scopes of application for significant institutions, CRR institutions, other institutions and asset management companies, as well as amendments to the definition of risk takers; in this regard, we will also consider the EBA consultation paper for the renewal of Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 604/2014. Furthermore, we will look at the expected amendments to the substantive regulatory requirements under the regulation on the regulatory requirements for institutions’ remuneration systems (Institutsvergütungsverordnung).
