Talk im Turm - Property Ratio and Property Risk

Join us for our breakfast seminar “Talk im Turm” on “Solvency II and the new German Investment Regulation”

Wednesday, April 25, 2018
9:00 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.

Property ratio and property risk – handling real estate funds in accordance with Solvency II and the new German Investment Regulation

In 2016, the regulations of Solvency II and the new German Investment Regulation have come into force. The fundamental changes concerning Solvency II are especially challenging for directly affected addressees, namely major insurers, as well as for indirectly affected product providers, such as capital management companies, which have to provide investors with huge data material. As goes for the property ratio according to the Investment Ordinance, in the area of Solvency II the allocation of an investment to the real estate market risk module is of great interest for investors due to the attractive equity requirements.

In a keynote speech, we want to give you insights into the most relevant practical aspects of the new Investment Ordinance and Solvency II regulations, including an exemplary analysis of a real estate investment fund and the allocation of its assets to individual risk modules.

We are particularly pleased to welcome Johannes Zahn, managing director of Connos GmbH, as our guest speaker. Connos GmbH advises investors, capital management companies and asset managers on all technical questions concerning Solvency II and the respective required reporting.

In a joint discussion, we would like to exchange our practical experience with you.

The seminar will be held in German and is free of charge for you. Please understand that the number of participants is limited.
