Sam Choy Receives Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Highest Award

ATLANTA, May 31, 2019 — The Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA) has honored Atlanta-based King & Spalding partner Sam Choy with the Judge Alvin T. Wong Pioneer Award, the organization’s highest honor.

The Judge Alvin T. Wong Pioneer Award recognizes GAPABA members whose outstanding achievements, commitment and leadership have paved the way for Asian and Pacific American attorneys. Choy received the award at GAPABA’s annual gala on Thursday.

Choy is a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice, specializing in employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
