Paul Straus to Speak on New York City Bar Association Webcast Panel

New York Business Litigation Partner Paul Straus will speak on a New York City Bar Association webcast panel on Nov. 18. The panel is titled “The Scope of the Attorney-Client Privilege.” Paul will offer practical insights into privilege issues as they arise in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on cases involving financial and audit firms.
