NEW YORK, Oct. 9, 2019 — The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Bar Association has named King & Spalding partner Lori Gordon to its inaugural Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list. The list recognizes female lawyers currently in private practice or at companies who have appeared in the highest number of PTAB trial proceedings since 2012.
Gordon, who is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, is a partner on the Intellectual Property team and focuses her practice on inter partes matters. She has worked on matters in a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, semiconductor fabrication, computer memory, radio frequency identification systems, security, cryptography, and backup and replication technologies. She also has significant district court experience, handling over a dozen district court litigations.
