Oliver Thoma to Speak at ABA’s Toxic Tort & Environmental Law Conference

Houston Trial and Global Disputes senior associate Oliver Thoma will speak at the American Bar Association’s Toxic Tort & Environmental Law conference on April 8 in Scottsdale, Ariz. Oliver will participate in a panel discussion titled “Climate Change and Extreme Weather Events: Liabilities, risks, Emerging Litigation and Insurance.”
