Please join us for our next in a series of webinars hosted by the King & Spalding Women Impacting IP and Technology team.
This year has brought renewed confidence among technology companies in terms of utilizing their balance sheet and deploying excess cash for deal making. This program will focus on preparing for and negotiating the due diligence process, to ensure that expectations are met on both sides of the deal. In particular, the panel will focus on due diligence for technology companies as it relates to intellectual property, national security and anti-corruption issues.
Discussion topics include:
Is the company's owned or controlled IP sufficient?
What is the risk of IP-related litigation?
What are the national security concerns in a transaction and how do we address them?
What anti-corruption/FCPA issues should be addressed in a deal?
If you are interested in attending please contact Allison Adair at email@example.com to be added to our invitation list.
