Law360 Names King & Spalding a “Life Sciences Practice Group of the Year”

NEW YORK, Feb. 14, 2017 — Law360 has named King & Spalding’s life sciences practice a “Life Sciences Group of the Year.”

In an article today, Seth Lundy, deputy chair of the firm’s FDA & Life Sciences practice told the publication, “What I think sets us apart from others in the space is that some firms have tremendous prowess in the corporate space and close billions of dollars in deals in the life sciences industry, or do significant cases and work in the tort liability space or government investigations, but they don’t have the ability to look at these issues and problems from a holistic manner in terms of how the company really operates and what’s going on.” He added: “That’s sort of the atmosphere here, and how we work with every matter.” Click here to read the full article.

Law360’s annual Practice Group of the Year honors are given to “law firms that racked up victories in litigation and closed the big deals to make their mark among clients and throughout the legal industry.” Law360 selected its Practice Group of the Year winners from 619 submissions.

King & Spalding also won “Firm of the Year” honors as a result of winning Life Sciences Group of the Year and five additional Practice Group of the Year awards. Click here to learn more.
