King & Spalding Represents Dalma Capital on First DIFC Fund to Own Saudi Equities

DUBAI, May 16, 2018 — King & Spalding acted for Dubai-based hedge fund manager Dalma Capital on the launch of Quencia Saudi Equity, the first investment fund established and regulated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to be permitted to directly own and trade equities listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). The fund is also the first protected cell company from any jurisdiction approved by the Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority and Tadawul to own listed equities in Saudi Arabia.
