ATLANTA, Nov. 21, 2018 — King & Spalding was presented a 2018 Compass Award by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) at their annual meeting in Washington, D.C.
The inaugural Compass Awards recognize law firms that share LCLD’s mission of building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. King & Spalding Chairman Robert Hays received the award on behalf of the firm.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is an organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to drive material change with the impediments that preclude minorities and women from a full opportunity to perform, succeed and lead in the industry.
