King & Spalding Advises Union Investment Real Estate on the Sale of Commercial Building in Paris Suburb

PARIS, March 19, 2015 — King & Spalding advised Union Investment Real Estate GmbH on the sale of the Capella building in Clichy-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine), in the northwestern suburbs of Paris, to SCPI Epargne Foncière managed by La Française  REM.

Consisting of approximately 6,308 square meters (nearly 68,000 square feet) of business premises and offices, the Capella building is fully let.

In this transaction, Union Investment Real Estate was advised by Alexandre Couturier, a partner at King & Spalding, assisted by associate Alexandre d’Avout d’Auerstaedt, as well as King & Wood Mallesons for tax aspects (partner Fanny Combourieu, associate Thomas Guillier) and C & C Notaries (Laurent Hosana, assisted by Julien Cahen).

The buyer was advised by Allez & Associés (partner Dominique Maulen).
