PARIS, March 19, 2015 — King & Spalding advised Union Investment Real Estate GmbH on the sale of the Capella building in Clichy-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine), in the northwestern suburbs of Paris, to SCPI Epargne Foncière managed by La Française REM.
Consisting of approximately 6,308 square meters (nearly 68,000 square feet) of business premises and offices, the Capella building is fully let.
