FRANKFURT, July 19, 2017 — King & Spalding recently advised Pan-European institutional real estate investment manager TRIUVA on the sale of one office property in Finland and the acquisition of another in Sweden.
The firm advised TRIUVA on the sale of an office building located at Salmisaarenaukio 1 in central Helsinki to Swedish developer and asset manager Skandia Fastigheter AB. The asset consists of eight floors, with a total office space of 14,430 square meters.
The deal followed one in which King & Spalding advised TRIUVA on its acquisition of a 6,700-square-meter office building at Lammet 17 in central Stockholm from Slussgården, a subsidiary of SKL Fastigheter and Service AB.
King & Spalding counsel Alexandra Weis handled German regulatory issues and transaction management on both deals, and partner Dr. Andreas Böhme advised on financing.
