FRANKFURT, Sept. 12, 2017 — King & Spalding advised Kintyre, a real estate manager and investor specializing in retail and office space, on the acquisition of a strategic 5.1 percent interest in the well-known Drehscheibe shopping centre in Bochum.
The transaction saw an eight-year management contract for the provision of letting, asset management and center management services agreed. The firm’s team was led by Frankfurt partner Sven Wortberg and included associate Sten Hornuff.
