backPARIS, June 1, 2016 — King & Spalding advised real estate fund Deka Immobilien on the sale of the “Le Triangle” office building in Lyon to AEW Europe SGP in a deal announced May 19.
Le Triangle is a 11,815-square-meter building located in the Part-Dieu district of Lyon, France, and has been acquired by AEW Europe SGP, a 100 percent subsidiary of AEW Europe, on behalf of ERAFP, the French public sector pension fund.
The Paris-based King & Spalding team was led by real estate partner Pascal Schmitz and included counsel Blandine Hugon-Pages and associate Alexandre d’Avout d’Auerstaedt.
