Environmental partners Karl Heisler (Chicago) and Marcella Burke (Houston and Washington, D.C.) will speak at the 66th Annual Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Institute Program’s virtual meeting on July 25. Their topic is “Ethics and Environmental Risk in a Distressed Energy Market.” This meeting is sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, an educational, non-profit organization dedicated to the study of the laws and regulations relating to oil and gas, mining, energy, public lands, water, environmental and international law.
