Dubai Corporate, Finance and Investments partners Jawad Ali, Nabil Issa, James Stull, Mike Rainey, Zaid Hadir Al-Farisi, counsel Asal Saghari, senior associates Sayf Shuqair, Dora Chan, and associate Hamzeh Al Rasheed will host a virtual training day for the International Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) on June 8. They will speak on “Investment Fund Structuring, Corporate and Private Equity Considerations in the GCC and Bankruptcy and Insolvency in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.” The training day has been planned in close cooperation with ICD and covers areas of law relevant to ICD’s business lines.
