Dubai Corporate, Finance and Investments partners James Stull, Nabil Issa, and associate Saud Aldawsari will speak at a workshop on “Venture Capital Term Sheets and Structuring Considerations” on Oct. 15 in Riyadh. The audience is primarily composed of start-ups and entrepreneurs who are looking to raise seed and Series A rounds. The workshop is sponsored by the Social Development Bank, a government owned institution that provides small business and development funding to Saudi Arabian citizens and residents.
