James Castello to Teach at Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration’s Winter Arbitration Academy

Paris International Arbitration partner James Castello has been invited to teach one of the four general courses at the annual Winter Academy organized by the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration. The Academy will be taught this year online and takes place from January 17 to 24, 2022. James will teach a three-day course entitled “How Arbitral Interim Measures Came into Their Own.” Other practitioners invited to teach general courses include leading scholars as Professors Jan Paulsson and Bernard Hanotiau. The academy’s 33 students are selected by the Institute from a pool of annual applicants and comprise young lawyers largely in commercial practice within the Russian Federation.
