James Castello to Speak at Arbitration Colloquium in Paris

Paris International Arbitration partner James Castello will speak at a colloquium co-hosted by the New York University Law School and France’s Institute for Political Studies (“Sciences Po”) on June 20 in Paris. The colloquium will address aspects of “Deference in International Arbitration,” featuring panels combining European professors of law with arbitration practitioners. James will speak on a panel addressing deference in the granting of interim measures supporting arbitration. Professor Franco Ferrari of NYU and Diego Fernández Arroyo of Sciences Po will preside over the colloquium. More information can be found here
