James Castello to Judge Final Round of Eastern European Foreign Investment Moot Court Competition

Paris International Arbitration partner James Castello has been invited to serve as an arbitrator judging the final round of the Eastern European Foreign Investment Moot Court Competition convened virtually in Kyiv, Ukraine on May 22. The final round is between teams from the National University of Kyiv and the State University of Belarus. James has previously represented Ukraine in a six-year investment treaty arbitration and has visited Ukraine and spoken at arbitration events in Kyiv regularly over the years. The competition is open to law school teams from more than 20 nations in the Eastern European region. More information about the Moot can be found here.
