Paris International Arbitration associate Isabel San Martin has been appointed to the newly created Young Practitioners Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge (ERA Pledge YPSC). The subcommittee is composed of a diverse group of up-and-coming individuals from a wide variety of jurisdictions and professional backgrounds. The list of YPSC members can be found here. The YPSC will promote the goals of the ERA Pledge amongst the young international arbitration community, including through skills building and other initiatives that may improve the representation of women in arbitration, particularly in arbitrator appointments.
