Hispanic National Bar Association Names Joel Crespo a Top Lawyer Under 40


WASHINGTON, Feb. 17, 2017 — The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) has named Special Matters and Government Investigations associate Joel Crespo as a Top Lawyer Under 40.

Joel Crespo is based in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C., office and his practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government investigations, internal corporate investigations and congressional investigations. Crespo’s experience includes defending individuals and companies in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and state attorneys general. He represents companies across a range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. A member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, Joel has been appointed to the HNBA’s Finance Committee and has served as chair of the Constitutional Law section. He also is a member of the National LGBT Bar Association.
