Heather Bañuelos, Gillian Russell to Speak at Food and Drug Law Institute’s Introduction to Drug Law Regulation Conference

Washington, D.C., FDA & Life Sciences counsels Heather Bañuelos and Gillian Russell will speak at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Introduction to Drug Law Regulation conference on Nov. 11. Heather and Gillian will lead the presentation on “Regulation of Drug Marketing.” Their presentation provides the basic foundational learnings about advertising and promotion law and regulation for prescription pharmaceuticals and will discuss guardrails for compliant promotional and non-promotional communications.
