Eva Temkin to Speak at Food and Drug Law Institute’s Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products Conference

Washington, D.C., FDA & Life Science partner Eva Temkin will speak at a Food and Drug Law Institute’s Advertising and Promotion for Medical Products Conference on Oct. 13. Eva will moderate a panel titled “Drug and Device Uses of Digital Health Tools: Considerations for Advertising and Promotion.” The panel will include an in-depth discussion of regulatory issues and advertising and promotional considerations for digital health tools, including prescription drug-use-related software.
