This webinar discusses the ongoing development of the #metoo movement as well as broader concepts of diversity and elimination of bias in the workplace. The panel will address key ingredients to a healthy organizational culture, premised on the notion that people are a company’s most valuable asset and organizations with a healthy culture are better at attracting and retaining talent, improving productivity, achieving organizational goals, and fostering a healthy workplace culture. Additionally, the panel will illustrate ways that an unhealthy workplace culture frustrates regulatory and other compliance efforts within a life sciences company. The panel will recommend best practices for navigating the areas where organizations are most vulnerable to #metoo moments.
