Eagle Merchant Partners Acquires Code Ninjas Holdings

King & Spalding represented Atlanta-based private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners in its acquisition of Code Ninjas Holdings, LLC. Code Ninjas is the world’s largest and fastest-growing kids coding franchise, with more than 345 locations across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
